At the beginning of the guide, you’ll find the latest additions to the selection, the league table of this year’s stars, a special feature on the event in Cognac – the first provincial city to host the MICHELIN Guide star ceremony – and a special feature on pastry-making as part of the annual “Passion Dessert” event.
